Orders placed for shipment within the 48 contiguous United States are generally shipped FedEx Home Delivery (Smaller items may be shipped via United States Postal Service). Express shipping is available at an additional cost for all items. Exact shipping rates are calculated during checkout. APOs/FPOs, Hawaii, and Alaska orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service. We DO ship to most International destinations via United States Postal Service Parcel Post. We are not able to guarantee shipping times for packages shipped via Parcel Post. Please contact us regarding APOs/FPOs, Hawaii, Alaska and international shipments.
Continental U.S. orders generally ship same day via FedEx on in-stock orders received before 3 p.m. MST Monday through Friday. Orders take approximately 3 - 6 business days to arrive. Saturday and Sunday are not business days.
* Free ground shipping is for orders over $75.00 and with a maximum combined product weight under 12 pounds in the 48 continuous United States.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be entirely satisfied with purchase made at Brain Building Toys. If you're not happy we welcome your return or exchange within 14 days of the original order date as long as the following criteria are met:
* The toy(s) were purchased from Brain Building Toys.
* The toy(s) is new, unused and unopened with no signs of wear or use.
* Plush toys have all the original tags attached.
* The toy(s) have not been assembled.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping unless the return/exchange is the result of an error on our part.
If you are returning a sale item, we can only issue you a merchandise credit.
We cannot refund any special promotions or discounts, shipping costs, or gift boxing charges unless the return/exchange is the result of a Brain Building Toys error.
We cannot refund any shipping and handling fees on drop ship items. Some of these oversized drop ship items are not returnable. Please contact our customer service department at customerservice@brainbuildingtoys.com for more information on these items.
Brain Building Toys reserves the right to refuse returned merchandise if we do not receive the merchandise in original condition. In such a case, the items will be returned to you. If the shipment is rejected, we reserve the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit. All costs related to the return must be paid by the customer. |
